The Tilbury Spring Oyster Harvest Series

The Tilbury is celebrating NSW’s finest Sydney Rock Oyster farms and vineyards.

Every Tuesday guests can enjoy a trio of oysters paired with a regional wine for only $30.

Each week special guest speakers from the farms and vineyards will share their knowledge on the different flavour profiles of the oysters and wines.
