Slowly, gently is a curated collection of works by Kuku Yalanji ceramicist and founder of Waymbul Studios, Meg Croydon.
Waymbul is a Kuku Yalanji phrase meaning, 'slowly, gently,' - the ethos behind Waymbul Studios and guiding principle of Meg's practice as a First Nations multidisciplinary artist.
The exhibition will feature a collection of hand-crafted vases, bowls and bespoke sculptures.
Waymbul Studios is a sustainable practice, recycling clay off cuts, utilizing solar kilns and offering imperfect sales for pieces.
The exhibition will be shown at the Koskela Gallery located on Cammeraygal Country (Milson's Point).
This event is part of the Sydney Craft Week Festival 7-16 October 2022.
SCW is an Australian Design Centre initiative.
