ParkScience: Superpowers in Nature

Did you know that aeroplanes are modelled after birds? Have you ever thought about how nature has inspired science innovation? At ParkScience, children will explore all about what humans have learnt from nature to create amazing scientific innovations to create many wonderful things. This program is based on the concept of biomimicry, commonly defined as innovation inspired by nature, or the practice of applying lessons learned from nature for scientific innovation. Kids will enjoy the hands-on activities and use problem-solving skills and teamwork to create their own nature-inspired inventions in this fun-filled 2-hour program.
