Group Art Therapy Workshop
Contact
Join in for a morning of creative expression and connection with others in a safe, non-judgmental space.
The world is a loud place with lots of distractions and artificial forms of connection. It can be hard to pull back from it all and connect with ourselves (and others) in a meaningful way.
This creative workshop aims to ignite your imagination and connect with our intuition. If there is an issue in your life you are feeling stuck with, or held back by, then this workshop is for you.
You do not need to be an artist of any kind to join.
What You Will Need
You will need some blank paper and any art supplies you have around your home (crayons, watercolor paints, acrylics, etc).
