NOMAD serves meals made with locally grown produce. The restaurant partners with local growers to find the healthiest and freshest produce to incorporate into meals. The menu of this sustainable restaurant has a wide range of food and drink options, all made with sustainable produce. The restaurant gives patrons ample options for when they want their meals as healthy and tasty as they come. In addition, water is carbonated on site, the recycle glass using the BOTTLECYCLER system, all cooking oil is collected and recycled to make biodiesel fuel and all the lighting in the restaurant is LED instead of iridescent or halogen globes
